Easy Honey Bread

A wholesome homemade bread that I love to have warm with butter, wonderful for sandwiches, and it makes a tastier French Toast too!

Combine

2 cups warm water

1 tablespoon yeast

1/4 cup honey

whisk together and then let proof for 10-15 minutes

In a large mixing bowl combine

2 tablespoons avocado oil

2 teaspoons  salt

Add 4 - 5 cups bread flour (a little more if it is too sticky)

mix with dough hook until dough ball forms and pulls away from the bowl cover with a cloth or top of some sort and let rise until it

doubles in size - about 1 hour 

Punch down

put down the flour and divide into 2 pull each half into a rectangular shape and roll them up along the short side and

place in ungreased baking bread pan  and cover for about 1 hour until it again doubles is size (do not punch down after this rise)

Bake

for 1 hour in 350-degree oven

Take out and baste

with butter or ghee

Let the bread completely cool before storing
